Today, Oct. 8th, Jesse Hamble traveled to Texas to finalize our relationship with Prison Fellowship and Operation Starting Line. We are officially a collaborator within OSL. This is a huge connection and will expand our prison ministry throughout the United States and Internationally.
Aside from our new partnership, we had a great time leading worship at a youth retreat and for the Loyal, WI football team this past weekend. It is exciting to see God at work within the hearts of the youth.
This coming Wednesday, we are ministering in Iowa at a Fields of Faith gathering in the Waukon High School. Fields of Faith is a partnership with Fellowship of Christian Athletes. Students invite their own classmates and teammates to hear fellow students share their testimonies, be challenged to read the Word of God and follow Jesus Christ.
513FREE is also leading worship at a men’s retreat this weekend as well as playing at Peace Church Sunday morning and Jam for Justice at 7 p.m. Jam for Justice is a benefit concert for the organization International Justice Mission. IJM is a human rights agency that brings rescue to victims of slavery, sexual exploitation and other forms of violent oppression.
God continues to bless us with more opportunities and we are excited to see what’s next! Please join us in prayer.
